--The dual-channel basket washing machine adopts a dual-track independent cleaning design, capable of simultaneously processing different types and varying levels of dirt of turnover baskets. Its production capacity can reach 1500-1600 pieces per hour, perfectly meeting the peak cleaning demands of medium-sized catering chains, central kitchens, and food processing enterprises.

--Customized washing machines that are compatible with different types of cleaning products are available. Whether it's plastic boxes, baskets, plates, food turnover baskets, or seafood baskets, chocolate trays, they can all be washed in batches at once, significantly reducing waiting time and ensuring seamless production processes.

--The entire machine is made of food-grade stainless steel (such as SUS304), which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and complies with food hygiene standards.

Product Parameters

The dual-channel basket washing machine is equipped with a multi-stage cleaning system, integrating pre-rinse, hot alkaline water main wash, clean water rinsing, and hot air drying. It comprehensively meets all cleaning requirements. 

Pre-rinsing section: High-pressure water flows quickly to remove large pieces of food residue on the surface, reducing the burden on the main washing process;
Hot alkaline water main washing section: Using 50-80℃ hot alkaline water under high pressure spray, combined with a 360° non-stop spray arm, the oil stain removal rate is ≥ 99%, effectively killing harmful bacteria such as Escherichia coli;
Clear water rinsing section: Warm water at normal temperature thoroughly washes away the remaining alkaline liquid, avoiding secondary pollution;
Hot air drying section: Optional hot air drying function. After drying, the moisture content of the basket is ≤ 5%, directly entering the next round of use, without the need for additional drying.
Energy-saving and water-saving design: The cleaning water uses a circulating filtration system. Except for the last section of clear water, the remaining cleaning water can be recycled. Compared with manual cleaning, it saves water by more than 60%.

Customization Precautions

Basket type adaptation: The basket size (length x width x height), material (plastic/metal), and stacking method (with or without partitions) need to be provided.
Site requirements: The total length of the equipment is 10-15m (including disassembly and stacking), and a material inlet and outlet channel of ≥ 1.2m needs to be reserved.
Additional features: optional foreign object detection (metal detector), automatic disinfectant mixing, remote operation and maintenance system.
