Working Principle

The steam peeling machine is a saturated water steam of high temperature and high pressure (e.g., such as 200°C1.2MPa) into the shut down patenting tank, making it inside the inside of high temperature and high pressureand the heating of the cortex of the potato fruits (a few seconds) After cooking, the saturated water steam is quickly discharged through the steam mouth from the tank, so that the pot is restored to the normal temperature and normal pressure in the tank.
