Product Description

The fully automatic frozen French fry production line adopts a complete assembly line operation, and the standard process includes: potato → cleaning and peeling → cutting → cleaning → impurity removal → rinsing → blanching → cooling → air drying → deep frying → degreasing → air drying → quick freezing → packaging → finished product. The blanching process uses hot water at 60-95 ℃ for 4-6 minutes, while the quick freezing process requires a center temperature of ≤ -18 ℃ and a quick freezing time of 30-35 minutes. The entire process is automated to ensure stable product quality
 
The main equipment of the fully automatic frozen french fry production line includes: brush cleaning and peeling machine, hydraulic cutting machine/french fry machine, bubble cleaning machine (at least 2 units), blanching machine, air knife air drying machine (at least 2 units), continuous frying machine, vibration degreaser, quick freezing machine, and automatic packaging machine. The frying machine adopts precise temperature control technology, the degreaser can improve the taste of French fries, and the quick freezing machine ensures that the product quickly passes through the maximum ice crystal formation zone, maintaining the integrity of the cell structure. The equipment material is food grade 304 stainless steel, which meets hygiene standards.

Features: Using a brush roller to remove sediment and impurities, with a built-in spray device to synchronously rinse off the peeled skin and impurities during the peeling process
