This 150 kilogram per hour banana slice production line is designed specifically for medium-sized snack processing facilities, combining round pot frying technology with advanced automation to provide consistent, crispy banana slices. The core round fryer has an oil-water separation system that can separate food residues in the water layer, extending the lifespan of the oil by 30% and reducing operating costs. Equipped with digital temperature control (0-400 ℃), the frying pan maintains precise oil temperature (usually 160-180 ℃) to ensure uniform frying and prevent excessive browning, while the conical pot bottom design facilitates cleaning and maintenance of residues

Banana slices should be evenly sliced to a thickness of 2-3mm, and then blanched to inactivate enzymes. After dehydration, the slices are placed in a round fryer for controlled frying for 2-3 minutes, and then the oil content is reduced to ≤ 25% using a degreasing shaker. Finally, the cooled potato chips are seasoned and packaged to ensure stable and crispy product shelves.
