1.Pre washing stage: High pressure spray (0.3-0.4MPa) combined with 360 egree swinging nozzle to remove surface sediment and label paper
2.Main washing stage: 60-80 ℃ hot water mixed with detergent for cyclic flushing. For oil stains, a double-layer filtered water tank is used to save 50% water
3.Hot water cleaning: Independent temperature controlled water tank (± 1 ℃ accuracy) ensures uniform temperature of the bottle body, avoiding glass breakage caused by temperature difference between hot and cold;   
4.Hot air drying: 80-120 ℃ high-temperature air knife (air volume ≥ 2000m ³/h) combined with dehumidification system to achieve no water accumulation at the bottle mouth

Equipment introduction

The Bottle Washing and Drying machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and is equipped with a water receiving tray under the equipment. The shower cleaning device during the conveying process inside the washer is sprayed on all sides, and every corners can be covered. The blow-dry device is settled at the end to ensure the finished product can be used for packaging or filling straight away.

Working Principle

1. Putting: Put the plastic bottles (glass bottles) to be cleaned on the conveyor belt of the bottle washer and enter the washing section;

2. Pre-wash, using the spray nozzle to reducing or removing any greasy stuffs.
Enter the washing section for high-pressure water spray washing in four directions. After spray washing, the water flows back to the water tank and is recycled. The water can contain an appropriate amount of cleaning agent;

3. Key wash, giving high pressure spray all around with hot water, add soda or washing-up liquid if needed.
Enter the second washing section for high-pressure water spray washing in four directions, the water flows back to the second water tank after spray washing, and is recycled;

4. Rinsing, spraying all sides with clear water to avoid leaving stains and water marks on the bottle after drying. 
Use filtered warm water to spray the bottle at high pressure, and the warm water will return to the third water tank for recycling;

5. Drying: Use heated air inside the machine to dry the moisture on the surface to achieve the drying effect;

6. Recycling: The bottles that have been dried out of the machine will be collected.
