Fruit cleaning cutting freeze dryer line
1. This fruit cleaning, cutting, and freeze-drying line integrates dual bubble cleaning machines, fruit cutting machines, air drying machines, and large freeze-drying machines. It can achieve a continuous automated processing capacity of 2-10 tons per hour. The front-end series connected dual bubble cleaning machine can efficiently remove sediment, pesticide residues, and microorganisms on the surface of fruits through a dual process of high-pressure bubble rolling and food grade fungicides, with a sterilization rate of 99%. Combined with a water recycling system, it can achieve 80% water savings.
2. The mid section fruit cutting machine is equipped with customized cutting tools of multiple specifications, which can accurately cut fruit cubes, slices, blocks, and strips of different sizes from 0.3-10cm, with a cutting accuracy error controlled within ± 2mm.
3. The large-scale freeze-drying machine at the end adopts a high vacuum sublimation process below -35 ℃ pre freezing and 10Pa, which can retain more than 96% of nutrients such as vitamin C, anthocyanins, and dietary fiber. The rehydration rate of freeze-dried products is over 90%, and the shelf life can be extended to 18 months;
