01.Made of food grade 304 stainless steel material, the whole machine meets the safety standards for food contact materials, avoiding material contamination.

02.The speed can be infinitely adjusted to transfer the chicken to the next machine.

Suitable for multiple specifications of chicken chunks, with adjustable baffles and comb teeth structure, it can automatically straighten and organize chicken chunks of different weights and shapes ranging from 50-120g.

Adopting a dual structure of "waterfall style coating+bottom coating", a full coverage coating effect is formed through four slurry curtains, combined with a downward pressure mesh bag device to ensure that the chicken chunks are completely immersed in the slurry.

By generating high-frequency micro amplitude vibration through a vibration motor (vibration frequency and amplitude can be adjusted as needed), impurities and floating oil can be efficiently separated without damaging the shape of the chicken chunks, and the screening efficiency can reach over 95%.
