01. In response to the standardized processing needs of B-end customers such as group meal delivery, central kitchen, and salad processing plants, we have launched a fully automated lettuce cleaning, cutting, and dehydration line. The entire line includes six core equipment: manual picking table, cutting machine, bubble cleaning machine, three basket conveyor, centrifugal dewatering machine, and light picking table. It realizes the full process closed-loop processing from raw lettuce to directly usable dehydrated clean vegetables, with a processing efficiency of 100-500KG/H, suitable for the production capacity needs of enterprises of different scales.

The entire production line adopts modular design, which can be customized according to customer production capacity requirements (100-500KG/H), processing varieties (ball lettuce, leaf lettuce, cream lettuce, etc.) and site conditions. At the same time, it supports docking with subsequent processes such as salad packaging machines and sterilization equipment, and constructs a fully automated production line for raw vegetable processing

This production line is suitable for the pre-processing of root and leafy vegetables, carrots and other vegetables, including root cutting, section cutting, cleaning and drying. It can also be used for the cleaning and pre-treatment of ready-to-eat salad vegetables and pre-prepared vegetables.

Air Bubble Washer

Using food grade stainless steel cutting tools and CNC variable frequency system, it supports custom cutting length (20-100mm adjustable), and can switch between various processing forms such as whole lettuce cutting, lettuce ball cutting, and lettuce leaf shredding, meeting the product needs of different scenarios such as salads, side dishes, and ready to eat meals. The device comes with an anti jamming sensor and automatic shutdown protection function, with a cutting qualification rate of over 99%.

The core cleaning unit adopts a triple cleaning technology of bubble rolling, high-pressure spraying, and surfing cleaning, combined with a constant temperature cleaning tank with adjustable water level, effectively peeling off pesticide residues, sediment, and insect eggs on the surface of lettuce, while avoiding damage to lettuce leaves. The device is equipped with a built-in circulating filtration system, and the cleaning water can be recycled, saving more than 70% of water compared to traditional manual cleaning, which meets the requirements of water and energy conservation in food processing.

Using a 304 stainless steel drum and a variable frequency speed control system, the dehydration speed can be adjusted according to the lettuce variety (800-1200 RPM), with a dehydration rate of over 95%, ensuring that the lettuce leaves are dry and free of water accumulation, while avoiding leaf damage caused by high-speed rotation. The equipment is equipped with automatic lid opening, unloading, and cleaning functions, which comply with the HACCP certification standards for food production, and thoroughly clean residual water stains.

Under the illumination of the backlit LED light box, small impurities and minor damages on the surface of lettuce can be clearly identified, and workers can quickly complete the final inspection of clean vegetables to ensure the consistency of the quality of the finished lettuce. The picking table is equipped with a finished product storage basket and a non-conforming product collection area to achieve efficient separation of finished products and defective products, providing qualified clean vegetables for subsequent packaging or direct use.
