01.This fully automated production line integrates a lifting machine, a cabbage cutting and core removal machine, a cabbage peeling machine, a manual picking line, a bubble cleaning machine, and a drying machine. Through efficient collaboration between equipment, it achieves closed-loop processing from cabbage raw materials to clean vegetable products,

02.By relying on positioning sensors to accurately complete root cutting and core removal operations, the raw material loss rate is controlled within 8%, and the processing speed of a single device is increased to 120-150 per hour. It can also deeply clean sediment and insect eggs through bubble cleaning machines and ozone disinfection systems, with a total bacterial removal rate of ≥ 90%,

03.Simultaneously supporting the compatible processing of multiple categories of leafy vegetables such as cabbage, purple cabbage, cauliflower, etc., only 2-3 workers are needed to assist in the entire process, reducing labor costs by 70%.

Lifting Machine

Cabbage Root Cutter (Coring Machine)

Raise the cabbage to the processing level and connect it with the pre-treatment equipment to achieve continuous feeding. It can be assembled with the cutter machine to save space.

Automatically remove the roots of the cabbage. Configure two machines to meet the production requirements or for rough cutting and fine trimming. Some equipment can be equipped with multiple knife heads to accommodate different cutting needs.

Cabbage Leaf Peeling Machine

Manual Sorting Conveyor

Remove the old and yellow leaves from the outer layer of the cabbage. It is composed of a flexible food-grade silicone roller group and an air blowing device, which can reduce mechanical damage to leafy vegetables and ensure food safety and no pollution.An air blowing device is provided above to facilitate the separation of the dried outer skin.

The roots are manually inspected and any remaining minor defects after peeling are removed to ensure the quality. It is equipped with an inclined waste material chute, which facilitates the collection and disposal of waste materials.

Bubble Cleaning Machine(Ozone)

Parallel Air-Drying Line

The cabbage is tumbling and washing in the bubbling water. Equipped with an ozone generator, it can kill bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms on the surface, decompose residual pesticides, and the ozone is non-toxic and harmless, thus not polluting the processed products.

The surface moisture of the cabbage is dried by multiple high-pressure fans to prevent the growth of bacteria during storage or to facilitate subsequent processing.
