Product Description

1. This sweet potato cleaning and grading net bag packaging production line integrates a bucket elevator, parallel hair roller cleaning machine, bubble cleaning machine, air drying machine, rolling bar grading machine, and net bag packaging machine, with an automated production capacity of 100-500kg per hour to achieve unmanned operation of sweet potatoes from raw material feeding to finished product packaging.
2. Through a dual cleaning process of parallel roller friction and bubble impact, combined with a 304 stainless steel body and a circulating filtration cleaning system, the sweet potato damage rate is controlled within 5% while ensuring a cleaning rate of over 99%.
3. The rolling bar classifier can achieve a specification division of ± 5mm accuracy, dividing sweet potatoes into different grades such as 2-4cm, 4-6cm, and above 6cm.
4. The fully automatic mesh bag packaging machine supports standardized packaging of 10-50kg/bag, combined with encrypted and thickened breathable mesh bags, effectively extending the storage period of sweet potatoes.

For stubborn soil on the surface of sweet potatoes, a food grade soft bristled brush is used to remove sediment from the skin through rotational friction, while avoiding damage to the sweet potato skin and preserving its natural appearance.

Using micro sized bubbles generated by a high-pressure bubble generator to impact impurities in the gaps of sweet potatoes, combined with high-pressure spraying, the cleaning rate can reach over 99%, effectively removing pesticide residues and bacteria.

 After cleaning, sweet potatoes enter the flipping air drying machine, which quickly removes surface moisture through strong hot air, avoiding sweet potatoes from rotting and deteriorating due to moisture, and extending storage life.

Equipped with a roller grading machine, it can accurately grade sweet potatoes according to their diameter size, with a grading accuracy error controlled within ± 5mm. Sweet potatoes can be divided into different specifications such as 2-4cm, 4-6cm, and above 6cm to meet the product needs of different customers.

High-precision multi-head combination scale with an automatic weighing error of ±1g. The parts in contact with food are made of food-grade materials.

Graded sweet potatoes can be directly packaged in mesh bags, or further processed according to demand, such as slicing, drying, flour milling, etc.

Common problems and solutions

Problem 1: Sweet potatoes are not cleaned thoroughly

Problem manifestation: There are still residual sediment and impurities on the surface of sweet potatoes.
Reason analysis: The brush of the parallel roller cleaning machine is severely worn, the water pressure of the bubble cleaning machine is insufficient, and the cleaning time is too short.
Solution: Regularly check the wear of the brush and replace severely worn brushes in a timely manner; Adjust the water pressure of the bubble cleaning machine to a suitable range; Extend the cleaning time appropriately.

Problem 2: Inaccurate grading of sweet potatoes

Problem manifestation: The grading specifications of sweet potatoes are inconsistent, with significant errors.
Reason analysis: The spacing between the rollers of the roller grading machine is not reasonable, and the conveying speed of sweet potatoes is unstable.
Solution: Adjust the roller spacing of the roller classifier according to the actual size of the sweet potato; Check if the conveying device is stable, adjust the conveying speed and pressure, and ensure that the sweet potatoes are fixed in position during the grading process.
