Fault warning and handling

1. Pre soaking tank: Drain residual water, rinse the tank body, and check the lubrication of the elevator chain
2. Cleaning machine: Clean the sieve debris and check the water pump pressure (normal value 0.4 ± 0.05MPa)
3. Vibration screen: Tighten the anchor bolts and check the deformation of the shock absorber spring (allowable error ≤ 2mm)
4. Drying machine: Clean the air nozzle filter and test the fan pressure (standard value 2500Pa)
