The 2.5-meter non drying plastic basket washing machine integrates compactness, efficiency, and economy: the 2.5-meter tunnel layout can be flexibly embedded into the production line, saving 30% of installation space;

Two stage spray (pre wash with 50-60 ℃ hot alkaline water+main wash with 0.4-0.6MPa high-pressure flushing) combined with a 360 ° fan-shaped nozzle, achieves an oil removal rate of ≥ 98% and efficiently cleans 150-300 plastic baskets per hour;

The all SUS304 stainless steel body and waterproof design ensure durability. The circulating water system reduces water consumption to 1.2 tons/hour, saving 60% of water compared to manual cleaning, and reducing energy consumption by 40% after eliminating the drying module. It is particularly suitable for the bulk cleaning needs of plastic turnover baskets in small and medium-sized food processing and fresh food distribution enterprises.
