Adopting flexible roller shaft splitting technology, the splitting rate reaches over 98%, avoiding garlic clove damage

By combining chain friction with high-pressure airflow, the peeling efficiency reaches 95%, effectively reducing garlic clove damage and preserving the intact raw material form for subsequent deep processing.

The combination of high-pressure bubble impact and spray cleaning removes residual sediment and dandruff on the surface of garlic cloves, with a cleaning efficiency of 99%. At the same time, it is equipped with a water circulation filtration system to reduce water resource consumption.

Using hot air circulation and strong wind dehydration technology, the surface moisture of garlic cloves is quickly removed to avoid deterioration during subsequent processing. After air drying, the moisture content of garlic cloves can be controlled within 10%.

Vacuum sealed packaging is used for finished products such as peeled garlic and garlic slices, extending the shelf life to 6-12 months. The packaging specifications can be adjusted to 100g-5kg according to demand.

Customized unit for deep processing

Garlic slicer: The slicing thickness can be adjusted to 0.5-3mm, and the slicing uniformity reaches 95%. It is suitable for mass production of garlic slices, and the production capacity matches the overall production line.
Garlic grinder: Using a stainless steel grinding chamber, the garlic sauce is finely ground through high-speed rotating blades, with a fineness of up to 80-120 mesh, meeting different taste requirements.
Garlic powder mill: Combining crushing and screening technology, the garlic powder produced can reach a fineness of 100-200 mesh, equipped with a dust removal system to avoid dust pollution.
