The manual picking platform controls the quality of lemons from the source, removes rotten, deformed fruits and impurities, and is equipped with a roller grading machine with an accuracy rate of over 98%. The air dryer is the terminal equipment of the lemon cleaning and grading line, mainly used to remove moisture from the surface of lemons, reduce the risk of mold growth and secondary pollution. The equipment usually adopts a combination of strong wind airflow and high-temperature drying, with wind speeds up to 10-15 m/s and temperature control between 40-50 ℃. It can quickly dry the surface of lemons without affecting fruit quality.
