Core 2-Stage Cleaning System: 99% Decontamination Efficiency

1.Pre-Wash Stage:

High-Pressure Powerful Decontamination Adopts a high-pressure spray pre-wash design with 6 sets of large-flow fan-shaped nozzles, delivering a spray pressure of 0.8–1.0MPa to form a 360° dead-angle-free flushing surface. It removes 80% of surface stains (oil, label residue, food debris) from bottles, effectively reducing the main wash load. Compatible with bottle sizes of 30–120mm diameter and 80–350mm height, the variable-frequency conveyor system offers an adjustable speed of 3–15m/min to match diverse production capacities.

2.Main Wash Stage:

High-Temperature Precision Cleaning & Sterilization The core main wash zone uses an 85–90℃ high-temperature alkaline solution cleaning process, paired with 4 sets of dense spiral nozzles at a precise spray pressure of 1.2–1.5MPa to ensure cleaning fluid penetrates tiny gaps. The built-in intelligent temperature control system limits fluctuation to ≤±1℃, eliminating stubborn stains and bacteria.

Air Drying System: Efficiently removes surface water from bottles. 

Each bottle is processed in approximately 3.6 seconds. Equipped with a fan of 80-100m³/h air volume, it removes over 95% of free surface water from the bottle body and mouth. The temperature control range is 60-90℃ with an accuracy of ±2℃, preventing thermal deformation of bottles.
