Receiving Bubble Washer

The orange cleaning line adopts a three-stage process of "bubble coarse washing → roller conveyor transition → brush fine washing", which is suitable for the daily production capacity demand of 1-20 tons.

The operating parameters of each section can be adjusted according to the freshness and mud content of the oranges to ensure the cleaning effect while reducing material damage rate

Working principle: High pressure bubbles are generated by an air pump to make oranges roll in water, and the impact force of the bubbles is used to peel off large impurities such as surface sediment and leaves; The elongated and widened receiving tank facilitates the continuous and large-scale reception and transportation of materials. 
Designed to fit the characteristics of oranges: The mesh belt is made of food grade 304 stainless steel material, with a gap controlled at 10mm to prevent small fruits from falling off; The conveying speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion (0.5-2mm/min), and oranges with high mud content can be appropriately reduced in speed to extend the cleaning time.

Working principle: Using equidistant stainless steel rollers, the rollers are driven to rotate through chain transmission to achieve smooth transportation of oranges. At the same time, the oranges are flipped during the transportation process, with the unwashed surface facing downwards, preparing for subsequent brush cleaning.
Design for Orange Characteristics: The roller spacing is set to 80mm, which can stably support oranges with a diameter of 60-100mm; Polish the surface of the rolling bar to reduce friction with the orange peel and avoid scratching the peel.

Working principle: Multiple parallel arranged soft nylon brush rollers rotate in reverse, generating friction with the surface of oranges to brush away residual fruit wax, pesticide residues, and fine impurities; Spray clean water synchronously at the top and rinse off any impurities that have been brushed off to the water receiving tank.
Design to adapt to the characteristics of oranges: using nylon bristles with a hardness of 60 °, ensuring both cleaning strength and no damage to orange oil cells; The spacing between brush rollers can be adjusted according to the diameter of the orange (100-120mm) to ensure 360 ° cleaning without dead corners.
