This fully automatic cleaning production line is specifically designed for root and stem vegetables, integrating two core equipment: a drum cleaning machine and a brush roller peeling machine. From softening the dirt and removing stubborn stains through friction, to peeling the hard skins of root and stem vegetables and cleaning them, it achieves the entire process of automation from raw materials to peeled and clean vegetables.

It can not only adapt to various root and stem vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, but also efficiently process raw materials at a rate of 500 to 2000 kilograms per hour. Through technologies such as a 304 stainless steel body, adjustable speed conveyance, and water-saving aeration, it ensures the cleanliness of the cleaning process (with moisture content ≤ 5%).

Working principle:
Root vegetables effectively remove stubborn soil and thick skin on the surface through the strong rotation of the drum and friction with the material. Combined with the built-in high-pressure spray, the motor drives the drum to rotate slowly, and the internal nozzle sprays water to clean the materials, which can deeply clean the materials, and the skin damage rate can be controlled below 3%

Model:
The conventional model has a processing capacity of 100-1000kg/h, supports customization, and has a speed range of 5-15r/min. The low-speed design ensures even rolling of root vegetables and reduces damage, which can improve processing speed while ensuring cleaning effectiveness.

Roller Brush Washing Machine

Function:

Using food grade nylon brushes, stubborn stains (such as potato sprout eyes and carrot skin wrinkles) are removed by rotating and rubbing the drum. The hardness of the brush can be adjusted according to the ingredients.
