The horizontal high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization pot uses the technology of "saturated steam/hot water circulation+back pressure control" to create a sterilization environment of 121-135 ℃ and 0.15-0.3MPa in a closed container. It uses heat to destroy microbial cell membranes and enzyme activity, achieving commercial aseptic standards (killing 99.999% of microorganisms including spores).   

1. Suitable for canned soup with high viscosity, During sterilization, the can rotates continuously 360 ° underthe drive of the rotating body inside the retort tank, causing the contents to move slowly and increasingthe speed of heat penetration. At the same time, it achieves uniform heating and cooling, without layeringor sedimentation. The use of variable frequency speed regulation enables the equipment to be used forproducts with different viscosities.
