Core working principle: How to achieve millimeter level precision sorting?

The track classifier uses the "V-shaped track+variable frequency speed regulation" technology to use the gravity of small circular fruits to complete size sorting in areas where the track width changes: when the fruit diameter is smaller than the track width, it will naturally fall into the collection hopper below, while fruits with a diameter larger than the track width will continue to be transported forward along the track.

The equipment is equipped with 3-6 sets of adjustable width track units (width range 5-50mm), combined with variable frequency motors (speed 0-80rpm), which can achieve a grading accuracy of ± 0.3mm, fully meeting the standardized sorting needs of small round fruits such as cherry, blueberry, etc.
