02. Solution for Chocolate Mold High Pressure Cleaning Machine

In response to the above difficulties, the chocolate mold high-pressure cleaning machine adopts an integrated design of three-stage cleaning and air drying:
Dirty mold → feeding → hot alkali water spraying → hot water rinsing → clean water rinsing → hot air drying → discharging (clean drying)

Hot alkaline water spray section: The water temperature can be adjusted to 60-80 degrees Celsius, and food grade alkaline cleaning agents are added to effectively emulsify and decompose cocoa butter and sugar residues. This section of the water tank circulates independently, saving the amount of cleaning agent used
Hot water rinsing section: Thoroughly rinse with high-pressure hot water to remove residual cleaning agents and stripped dirt
Rinse section with clean water: Clean tap water is used for final rinsing to ensure no chemical residue
Hot air drying section: High temperature hot air for rapid drying, molds can be washed and used as needed

01. The first and second water tanks are equipped with multiple layers of filtration devices, and the cleaning water is filtered and recycled for use

1.Using 80-95 ℃ hot water circulation cleaning, combined with food grade neutral cleaning agent (optional), it efficiently removes stubborn stains such as oil and protein, and achieves preliminary sterilization with high temperature (sterilization rate of over 99%).   
2.The main washing tank is equipped with heating tubes and temperature control sensors, which monitor the water temperature in real time and automatically replenish heat to ensure stable cleaning effect.   

01.The end is equipped with a two-stage hot air drying channel, which uses a combination of stainless steel heating tubes and centrifugal fans. The hot air speed reaches 15-20m/s, ensuring that the surface and gaps of the chocolate molds are thoroughly dried and preventing residual moisture from breeding bacteria.
