Continuous Pork Skin Deep Fryer line

Continuous Pork Skin Deep Fryer line achieves continuous production through conveying equipment, Process 100-500kg of dry pigskin per hour with a puffing rate of 300% -400%.
 
The fully automatic pigskin deep frying line is equipped with an intelligent digital temperature controller, variable frequency speed control system, and automatic slag discharge function, which can accurately control the oil temperature between 0-300 degrees and achieve precise setting of frying time (20 seconds to 15 minutes) and temperature. 

The temperature difference accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃. 

The equipment body is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. 
 
The pig skin deep frying production line adopts a standardized process of bucket elevator → box blanching machine → box cleaning machine → centrifugal dewatering machine → continuous frying machine → centrifugal degreasing machine → octagonal seasoning machine, achieving fully automated production from pig skin pretreatment to seasoning products. It is suitable for large-scale production scenarios such as food processing plants and snack enterprises.
 
In addition to pig skin, the equipment can be used to fry Rice-meat dumplings, fish tofu, crisps and other foods.

01.When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, the electric heating tube automatically stops working, which can realize the purpose of saving electricity.
