Product Features:
1. Pre treatment with 50-60 ℃ hot alkaline water soaking tank for 30-60 seconds can soften 80% of stubborn feces and feed residues,
2. Cooperate with the fully automated process of tunnel style 4-sided high-pressure spraying (water pressure 1.5-2.5 bar), 82 ℃ disinfection, and hot air drying,
3. It can clean 500-1000 chicken cages per hour, replacing manual cleaning by 6-8 people to avoid deformation caused by manual scrubbing with steel wire balls.
4. The cleanliness rate of chicken cages reaches 99% and the moisture content is less than 5%, saving more than 300000 labor costs annually and saving 70% water,
5. The soaking tank and water tank are both made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The water tank capacity is usually 300-500L and supports continuous operation for 2 hours without the need for water replenishment.
