The baking tray tunnel cleaning machine adopts a continuous tunnel structure, mainly composed of six modules: inlet conveying area, pre cleaning area, main cleaning area, rinsing area, air drying area, and outlet conveying area

Pre cleaning area: High pressure hot water spray combined with a rotating brush can quickly wash away large stains such as residual batter and oil on the baking tray, reducing the main cleaning pressure
Main cleaning area: soaked in 80-90 ℃ high-temperature alkaline water+high-pressure spray, combined with food grade cleaning agent, thoroughly dissolves stubborn oil stains and burnt marks. At the same time, an ultrasonic cleaning module is available for deep cleaning of fine stains
Rinse area: Use two sprays of normal water and purified water to rinse off any residual cleaning agents on the surface of the baking tray, avoiding secondary pollution
Drying area: Adopting a hot air circulation system, the temperature is controlled at 60-70 ℃, and the surface moisture of the baking tray can be completely blown dry in 3-5 minutes, directly entering the next round of production
