Dual-channel Baking Tray Washer

High-efficiency dual-channel: Two rows of parallel cleaning, fast speed, capable of processing hundreds to thousands of baking trays per hour. 

Deep cleaning: After four processes including pre-washing, high-pressure spraying, water-filtration rinsing and high-temperature sterilization, the cleaning is thorough. The entire cleaning process uses water at a temperature above 80°C, which is itself an efficient physical sterilization process, safe and environmentally friendly. 

Quick drying: Equipped with air knife for water removal and hot air drying. The baking tray comes out dry and ready for immediate use or stacking. 

Health and safety: The entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with no cleaning blind spots. The water tank is equipped with a double-layer filtration system, which not only saves water but also ensures the cleanliness of the circulating water.

Dual-channel mode doubles efficiency

Multi-angle high-pressure nozzles

Can handle two different types of trays simultaneously without interfering with each other, meeting the multi-category requirements of the production line. It can also concentrate on cleaning a single type of tray, doubling the production capacity and coping with peak periods.

Each cleaning section is equipped with four-directional nozzles (up, down, left, and right), ensuring that the inner and outer surfaces of the baking tray are evenly covered and eliminating any cleaning blind spots.

Steam heating and drying

Multi-level filtration water circulation system

The independent drying section achieves thorough drying through hot air circulation. The steam heating device heats up and then forms a circulating hot air flow through the centrifugal fan, evaporating the remaining moisture.

Each water tank is equipped with a double-layer filter screen (coarse filter + fine filter). The circulating water is filtered again before entering the water pump to prevent the nozzles from getting clogged.
