Core working principle: How to achieve millimeter level precision grading?

The rolling bar classifier uses the technology of "equidistant rolling bars+variable frequency speed regulation" to use the gravity of circular fruits and vegetables to complete size sorting in the gap between the rolling bars. When the diameter of fruits and vegetables is smaller than the gap between the rolling bars, they will naturally fall into the collection hopper below, while fruits and vegetables with a diameter larger than the gap will continue to be transported forward with the rolling bars.
 
The equipment is equipped with 3-6 sets of adjustable gap roller units (gap range 5-120mm), combined with variable frequency motors (speed 0-60rpm), which can achieve a grading accuracy of ± 0.5mm, fully meeting the standardized sorting needs of circular fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, tomatoes, onions, etc.
