Material Details

01.Adopts a multi-layer composite structure (common structures include PET/AL/NY/RCPP, PET/NY/RCPP, etc.).

02.The inner layer uses heat-resistant retort-grade RCPP (or HTRCPP), which can withstand retorting temperatures ranging from 85°C to 145°C. 03.The outer PET layer ensures clear printing, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance.

04.The middle aluminum foil (or SiOx coating) enhances barrier properties. The solvent-free lamination process guarantees no peculiar smell and no harmful residues, complying with international food-grade standards. It can pass FDA, SGS and other certifications, making it suitable for export applications.
